Client interview covering:

| Step 2 | We develop the site plan based on the interview. This site plan is discussed and approved by the client. |
| Step 3 | Graphic development begins. The "look and feel" of the site is appropriate for the target audience established in our initial interview |
| Step 4 | Client is given the overall graphic design for the website for approval/changes. |
| Step 5 | Either the client or FastForward will develop the copy. The copy will be inserted onto the pages throughout the website |
| Step 6 | Client approval of copy. |
| Step 7 | Training on how to use the proprietary Morphogine administrative system to make future changes/additions/deletions to your website |
| Step 8 | On-going follow up and support to help you manage your own website |
